I was part of Fjord’s design team for the Adidas Smart Run project, the company’s first GPS-enabled running smartwatch.
As a team, our focus was on designing intuitive interfaces that worked seamlessly in motion, ensuring runners could easily access key features in all conditions. I was tasked with the design and specification of various sections of the software including watch faces, music player, first time use and workout plans.
Working closely with the design team and client product stakeholders, I contributed to aligning hardware and software design to create an effective, practical and engaging experience that worked around limitations such as low screen resolution, poor colour rendering, and battery life.

- Contributed to UI/UX design for Adidas’ first GPS-enabled smartwatch.
- Created precise specifications and documentation to boost implementation speed.
- Designed user flows and in-device interactions, balancing usability with athletic needs.
