Jaspr was my startup venture aiming to enable community-driven, cash-free trade via a mobile and web platform. As co-founder and designer, I led product and brand design from the ground up — designing interfaces, branding, marketing collateral, and cultivating community engagement.

We iterated continuously based on user interviews, diary studies, and real-world feedback from our early users and community events. I designed and facilitated weekly “swap meet” events as a way to build organic, grassroots adoption, and developed onboarding flows, landing pages, and campaign assets to grow visibility.

We raised €10K via Kickstarter, where Jaspr was featured as a “Project We Love”, were featured in the “Sustainability” section of the Apple App Store and expanded to a team of 7.
While Jaspr did not ultimately work as a business, it gave me invaluable experience in end-to-end product design, rapid iteration under uncertainty, and leading a startup through ambiguity.
