––

At Jaspr, I co-founded and designed a mobile-first product from scratch, creating an experience that balanced simplicity, speed, and fun. I led the design of the app across mobile and desktop, continuously iterating with engineers and product managers based on user feedback and usage data.

I also owned the brand and go-to-market design, building Jaspr’s identity, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives. A core part of our strategy was community building: I helped to conceptualise and facilitate experiences such as our weekly “swap meet” events, which fostered engagement and retention.

On the research side, I conducted ongoing user interviews, diary studies, and data analysis, and stayed close to user conversations on social media. These insights directly shaped product evolution and helped us align our roadmap with user needs.

During my time, we grew the team to 7 people. We raised funding through a family & friends round, a government grant, and a Kickstarter campaign (featured as “Project We Love”). The result was a strong community in the hundreds, validating our product vision.
